Electrolux specializes in providing solutions to every facet of culinary production. This European based company has headquarters right here in Charlotte North Carolina making it very accessible for me to learn more about their company and designs. In 2015, I was invited by my predecessor, Scott Craig, to an Electrolux WACS Cook and Chill Seminar where chefs from around the country educated those attending.

     It was then that I became highly interested in creating a mutually beneficial relationship between them, myself and team. A good friend of mine, Cathy Sterling, and I approached Electrolux not long after the seminar and presented them with the Team USA Sponsorship idea. They jumped on board to support our team and began hosting us for some of our monthly team practices.

     While at their facility, the team is able to work with their products which demonstrate energy-efficient designs and durability. This has led me to truly believe in their product in the same way that they believe in the team. We’re all geared towards excellence!
